    What Should I Make a Priority in my Life?

    Something that has really helped me get better use of my time (my life) is switching up my head-phrases. “I can’t” or “I don’t have time” or “I’m too tired” becomes “It’s not a priority in my life right now and that’s okay.” If it stings to say that, then I know I need to reevaluate.  “I’m too tired to workout” becomes “Working out is not a priority in my life right now and that’s okay”.  Ouch. Yep. Changed that one. “I don’t like to eat healthy” becomes “Eating healthy is not a priority in my life right now and that’s okay”. Yep. Changed that one too.  “I can’t travel…
